This week we're  making Shaved Roast Beef, Muskoka Smoked Meat, Summer Sausage, Center Cut Pork loin Chops, Butterfly Pork Chops, Pork Tenderloin, and Baby Back Ribs.

Note: We will be closed Labour Day, Monday Sept. 6th
